CACC – California Association of Collaborative Courts

MISSION STATEMENT: Adopted  September 19, 2008

The California Collaborative Court Coordinators’ Work Group is dedicated to the institutionalization and enhancement of Collaborative Court Programs within the California court system.  Our goal is to move our programs toward evidence-based practices and to strengthen the Collaborative Court partnership between the justice and treatment systems through the exchange of information and innovative response to ensure the quality of treatment.

The first official meeting of the California Collaborative Court Coordinators Work Group was in May of 2000 in Sacramento.  Meetings are held quarterly with two meetings a year in Southern California and two meetings a year in Northern California, usually in Sacramento.  Meeting dates and locations are determined at the conclusion of each meeting.
