Children and Family Futures (CFF) is seeking energetic, passionate, candidates to join our team. The mission of Children and Family Futures (CFF) is to improve safety, permanency, well-being and recovery outcomes for children, parents and families affected by trauma, substance use and mental health disorders. Our work is to develop and provide training and technical assistance (TTA) to enhance collaboration between substance abuse prevention and treatment, mental health, child welfare and family courts at the national, tribal, state, county and community levels.

PROGRAM ASSOCIATE: Children and Family Futures (CFF) is seeking an experienced program associate to serve as a team member on federally-funded grants to develop and provide technical assistance and expertise on collaborative practice regarding efforts to improve services to children of parents with substance use disorders. Technical assistance areas include a range of practice and policy topics focused on improving child welfare, court and substance abuse treatment procedures for families with substance use disorders and child abuse/neglect.
The Program Associate will work within a team of CFF staff to develoop and effectively disseminate best practice knowledge to child welfare, substance abuse treatment and courts.
